There are three components to this service:
1. Childcare experts provide prescreened referrals from nationwide and local databases of childcare resources, including day care centers, adoption assistance, schools and camps.
2. Parents may also receive advice and guidance from professional counselors experienced in child development, parenting and caregiver issues.
