How do I make my employees
aware of WorkLife Solutions and its value to my company or organization?
WorkLife Solutions provides your company or organization with informational brochures, newsletters, orientation meetings and supervisory/manager training. We will train supervisors on how to make an effective referral, and more importantly, work with you to communicate how WorkLife Solutions services can support your goals for enhancing employee performance and company productivity.
How may I best utilize WorkLife Solutions to discuss problematic personnel situations?
We are available to discuss your personnel situations either by telephone or in a face-to-face meeting as often as you deem necessary. As your WLS consultant, our goals are 1) to provide you with the knowledge, expertise and confidence to address performance problems on a timely basis before they adversely affect overall productivity or workplace harmony and 2) to create a confidential, relevant dialogue that enhances your professional skills as a supervisor or manager.
When and how do I refer an employee to the EAP?
WorkLife Solutions is available to make an assessment of your departmental productivity and any employee performance situations. After an initial consultation, we will discuss strategies to address these situations and guide you on how to effectively refer an employee, if necessary.
