Program Orientation, Training and Informational Materials

 

Employee Orientations

WorkLife Solutions will provide on-site and teleconference orientation sessions for all of your employees, depending on your geographic location and number of employees. The purpose of the orientation sessions is to describe the employee assistance program, work-life services and how employees may access these services.

 

Employee Communications

WorkLife Solutions will provide posters, email communications and reminders, newsletters and descriptive brochures with your company’s name on the cover to help promote WorkLife Solutions’ services with your employees. The brochures include a tear-off wallet card containing instructions on how to access WorkLife Solutions.

 

Manager Training

WorkLife Solutions will deliver manager-training programs to supervisory level personnel. The training will describe the employee assistance program (EAP) and provide the skills needed to identify, manage and refer troubled and poor performing employees. A Manager's Guide to the Employee Assistance Program will be provided to all supervisors involved in the training. Supervisory training can be delivered on site or through teleconference meetings.

 

The Manager’s Guide

The Manager’s Guide is a desktop reference (electronic or hard copy available) that assists supervisors and managers to proactively identify and effectively handle personnel situations that may adversely affect company productivity. Click here for a copy of the Manager’s Guide.

 

WorkLife Solutions Newsletters

Every quarter, WorkLife Solutions will mail to your company or organization copies of our manager’s and employee newsletters.  These newsletters cover a variety of topics, some of which deal with work and personal issues and others with being a more effective employee or manager.
