with the stress associated with organizational change. Examples include:

work groups effectively deal with interpersonal obstacles to effectiveness -
whether by resolving disputes, addressing less than optimal management styles
or helping employees develop more effective communication skills.
Change management programs
help employees overcome their resistance to change and accept the reality of
new work environments and relationships
Crisis management training to give managers the skills they need to cope effectively with difficult situations in the workplace including threats of violence
Executive coaching to help employees improve weak communication skills, ineffective management styles and personality difficulties that negatively impact their career and ultimate effectiveness.

Educational and wellness

WorkLife Solutions will deliver additional educational and wellness seminars
beyond the number originally designated in the integrated program contract
terms.

Sexual harassment
prevention services
WorkLife Solutions will provide sexual harassment prevention services to
supervisors and employees that comply with Connecticut's Public Act No. 92-85,
"An Act Concerning Sexual Harassment Education and Training in the Workplace."
WorkLife Solutions’ staff will conduct formal seminars that include:
A comprehensive review of sexual harassment
A legal definition of sexual harassment
A review of myths associated with sexual harassment
Case studies and group discussion
Staff communication and training materials
Model response programs
In addition, WorkLife Solutions staff can provide management assistance with:
Developing sexual harassment prevention and response policies and practices
Communicating company policy and practices about sexual harassment to all personnel
Ongoing consultation regarding sexual harassment prevention and response

College and graduate school
admissions consultation
Through a partnership with
EssaySolutions, employees and their covered family
members can be eligible to receive expert college and graduate school admissions
consultation. Key areas of the application process such as school selection,
interviewing skills, essay preparation and writing, letters of recommendation
and other valuable information are covered in small seminar style workshops and
private one-on-one consultation. Fees vary depending upon the scope of
services provided.
