WorkLife Solutions Programs and Services
Proposal Checklist
A WorkLife Solutions proposal describes employee assistance and work-life services for employees and their benefit eligible dependents. Our proposals are customized for each client and typically include the following core services:
Unlimited access to a toll free number,
800-941-8512, which connects all callers to a licensed professional counselor,
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Confidential access for employees and
their eligible dependents.
Supervisory referrals.
A predefined number of counseling
sessions per problem situation with the option to continue longer-term treatment
with the EAP provider. An assessment and refer-out model can also be provided.
Long-term treatment would be covered by medical insurance or at the employee’s
expense. Financial assistance for on-going treatment may be available.
Referral as needed to specialized
resources and providers. Whenever possible, these referrals will be covered
under the company’s employee benefit plan.
Referrals to work-life resources such as
child and elder care, financial and legal counseling or college and graduate
school admissions consultation.
Comprehensive referral follow-up.
Employee orientations.
Manager training and unlimited management consultation.
Employee communications—wallet cards,
brochures, newsletters, email communications to promote awareness of WorkLife
Solutions’ services.
A predefined number of educational and
wellness workshops on topics germane to your organization.
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
services.
Utilization reports that summarize
demographic/utilization information and satisfaction survey results.
Additional services offered for a separate fee include:
Organizational development and consulting
Educational and wellness seminars
Sexual harassment prevention services
College and graduate school admissions
consultation
